Chili Chop Dinner
- 6 boneless pork chops (1-1/2 lb.)
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup HEINZ Chili Sauce
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
- 1-1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
- Mix flour and garlic powder in shallow dish.
- Add chops, 1 at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each.
- Gently shake off excess flour mixture.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chops; cook 5 min.
- on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add water to skillet; cook and stir to remove browned bits from bottom of skillet.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in chili sauce, stuffing mix and vegetables; cover.
- Simmer on low heat 5 min.
- or until heated through.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
- Serve with chops.
