Chili Chop Dinner

  1. Mix flour and garlic powder in shallow dish.
  2. Add chops, 1 at a time, turning to evenly coat both sides of each.
  3. Gently shake off excess flour mixture.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add chops; cook 5 min.
  6. on each side or until done (145 degrees F).
  7. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Add water to skillet; cook and stir to remove browned bits from bottom of skillet.
  9. Bring to boil.
  10. Stir in chili sauce, stuffing mix and vegetables; cover.
  11. Simmer on low heat 5 min.
  12. or until heated through.
  13. Remove from heat.
  14. Let stand 5 min.
  15. Fluff with fork.
  16. Serve with chops.
