The Prime Rib's Strawberries Romanoff

  1. Clean & hull the strawberries and marinate them in the Cointreau and Kirsch for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. After they have marinated fold in the creme fraiche, then spoon the mixture into 3 tulip shaped champagne glasses.
  3. Garnish each serving with a spring of mint.
