The Prime Rib's Strawberries Romanoff
- 1 12 pints fresh strawberries
- 14 cup Cointreau liqueur
- 14 cup kirsch
- 1 12 cups creme fraiche
- 3 sprigs of fresh mint
- Clean & hull the strawberries and marinate them in the Cointreau and Kirsch for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- After they have marinated fold in the creme fraiche, then spoon the mixture into 3 tulip shaped champagne glasses.
- Garnish each serving with a spring of mint.
