PHILADELPHIA Football
- 3 cups shredded Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Philadelphia Brick Cream Cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. port wine
- 1/4 cup paprika
- 6 black olive slices
- 3 red pepper strips
- Mix cheeses and wine until well blended; shape into ball.
- Wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until slightly firm.
- Shape wrapped cheese ball into oval shape to resemble a football.
- Unwrap; roll in paprika and place on serving plate.
- Decorate with olives for the "eyelets" and red pepper strips for the "laces."
- Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with your favourite Christie Crackers, apple and pear slices, or grape clusters.
