Fresh Strawberry Pie
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granular no-calorie sweetener, divided
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (0.3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Sugar Free Gelatin
- 4 cups fresh strawberries, quartered Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Sugar Free Whipped Topping
- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix crumbs, 1 Tbsp.
- granulated sweetener and margarine.
- Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until lightly browned; cool.
- Meanwhile, mix remaining granulated sweetener, cornstarch and water in medium saucepan.
- Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until thickened Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Pour about 1/3 cup of the gelatin mixture into crust.
- Mix remaining gelatin mxture with strawberries; pour into crust.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
