Fresh Strawberry Pie

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix crumbs, 1 Tbsp.
  3. granulated sweetener and margarine.
  4. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
  5. Bake 8 to 10 min.
  6. or until lightly browned; cool.
  7. Meanwhile, mix remaining granulated sweetener, cornstarch and water in medium saucepan.
  8. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly; cook and stir 5 min.
  9. or until thickened Add dry gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
  10. until completely dissolved.
  11. Pour about 1/3 cup of the gelatin mixture into crust.
  12. Mix remaining gelatin mxture with strawberries; pour into crust.
  13. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  14. Serve topped with COOL WHIP.
