Strawberry Butter

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually add sugar and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Stir in strawberries.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  5. May be stored in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
  6. Serve with pancakes, waffles, French toast, English muffins, bagels and almost anything you wish.
