Tzatziki Sauce
- 3 cups plain yogurt
- 1 seedless cucumber
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- Peel cucumber then grate and place in a sieve over a bowl.
- Try and squeeze out as much water as possible, you can use a spoon or squeeze the cucumber in hands.
- Stir all the ingredients together and set aside in the refrigerator for around 3 hours or overnight.
- Enjoy on whatever youd like, pita, chicken, pork, crackers, pretzels etc.
