Green Lentil Soup/Stew
- 12 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 medium carrots, chopped
- 14 ounces chicken broth (1 can)
- 1 14 cups water
- 12 cup french green lentil, rinsed
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme
- 14 teaspoon dried rosemary
- salt and pepper
- Saute onion in olive oil.
- Add chopped carrot.
- Add remaining ingrediants and cook on medium heat until lentils are soft.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
