Crock Pot Rump Roast Recipe
- 3 to 4 pound rump roast
- 2 teaspoon caraway seed
- 2 to 4 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt
- 1/2 lg. size onion diced
- Place roast in crock pot.
- Add in no water.
- Season with caraway seed, and Lawry's salt.
- Cover with fresh onion.
- The roast will make its own juice.
- Save juice for French dip au-jus or possibly gravy.
- Bake on low for 6 to 8 hrs depending on size.
