Lisa's Millet Pudding
- 1 cup millet, hot cooked
- 1 cup fresh pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 18 teaspoon salt
- Blend until very smooth.
- Pour into serving dish and chill.
- May vary in many ways: add fruit blueberries work well ;as pie filling; serve hot, cold or frozen; layer in parfait cups as dessert, layer with granola, etc.
