Souffled Corn Casserole
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 14 cup butter
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (15 1/4 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box corn muffin mix
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Warm cream cheese and butter in microwave and blend well, add corn, corn muffin mix, hot sauce, Honey and Eggs, mix well then spread in greased casserole dish and put shredded cheeses on top.
- bake at 350 for 45 minutes until fluffy and golden brown.
