Very Veggie Soup

  1. Wash your veggies as you go.
  2. Saute mushrooms in oil.
  3. When mostly cooked, add onions, zucchini and garlic.
  4. Saute until crisp-tender.
  5. Add mixed veggies, stock and tomatoes.
  6. Heat on high until boiling.
  7. When pot boils, remove from heat and leave to cool.
  8. Season with Mrs.
  9. Dash.
