Creamy Whipped Sweet Potatoes Recipe

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water to cover for 25-30 min or possibly till easily pierced.
  2. Drain and cold slightly.
  3. Peel, discarding the dark outer layer of potato.
  4. Place potatoes in a food processor with remaining ingredients and blend till smooth.
  5. Season to taste with salt.
  6. Reheat in saucepan till warm.
