Pecan Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Wash and remove skin from chicken.
  2. Brush breasts with lemon juice, melted butter, salt and pepper.
  3. Spray foil with cooking spray.
  4. Place 1/4 of stuffing on 4 pieces of heavy-duty aluminum foil.
  5. Place 1 breast on each mound of stuffing.
  6. Seal foil and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  8. Open foil.
  9. Increase temperature to 400 and bake for 20 minutes.
  10. Serves 4.
