Rolled Omelettes with Chikuwa Fish Cakes and Green Onion for Lunchboxes

  1. Roughly chop the chikuwa.
  2. Mince the green onion into small rounds.
  3. Mix all the ingredients (except for the oil) together in a bowl.
  4. Pour the vegetable oil into a pan, followed by the mixture from Step 1.
  5. Roll up Step 1 in several segments.
  6. It is easier to cut the rolled omelette after you let it cool for a little bit.
  7. Here's what I made with one egg for a packed lunch.
