5-Spice Chicken

• 1 cup white wine
• 1 cup teriyaki sauce
• 1 teaspoon chinese five spice powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 2 pounds chicken pieces

1. Mix first 4 ingredients and pour over chicken placed in a large pan.
2. Marinate, rotating pieces hourly for three hours.
3. Place on grill until done, basting with marinade as needed.
