Crunchy Baked Breaded Chicken
- 1 cup finely crushed wheat and barley cereal flakes
- 1/3 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
- 1 egg, beaten
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow dish.
- Dip chicken in egg, then in cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient.
- Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 15 to 20 min.
- or until chicken is done (165F).
