Spicy Peach Bourbon BBQ Chicken Packets

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place 4 (12x18 inch) sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a work surface and rub with oil or nonstick spray.
  3. Center one chicken breast on each sheet of foil.
  4. Sprinkle the chili powder evenly over the chicken.
  5. In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, 2 Tablespoons of the peach liquid, garlic, bourbon and Sriracha sauce.
  6. Spoon 1/4 of the mixture over each piece of chicken.
  7. Top each piece of chicken with 1/4 of the jalapeno, 1/4 of the peaches and 1/4 of the bell pepper.
  8. Bring up the foil sides and double fold the top and ends to seal each packet.
  9. Grill 12-15 minutes in the preheated and covered grill.
  10. Cut open foil packets and serve hot with a side of Bushs Texas Ranchero Grillin Beans.
