Spicy Peach Bourbon BBQ Chicken Packets
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts, Boneless And Skinless
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 3/4 cups BBQ Sauce (home-made Or Store-bought)
- 1/2 cups Canned Peaches, Chopped And Liquid Reserved
- 2 whole Cloves Garlic, Diced
- 2 Tablespoons Bourbon
- 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Sauce
- 2 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced
- 2 whole Red Bell Pepper, Seeded And Diced
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Place 4 (12x18 inch) sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a work surface and rub with oil or nonstick spray.
- Center one chicken breast on each sheet of foil.
- Sprinkle the chili powder evenly over the chicken.
- In a small bowl, combine BBQ sauce, 2 Tablespoons of the peach liquid, garlic, bourbon and Sriracha sauce.
- Spoon 1/4 of the mixture over each piece of chicken.
- Top each piece of chicken with 1/4 of the jalapeno, 1/4 of the peaches and 1/4 of the bell pepper.
- Bring up the foil sides and double fold the top and ends to seal each packet.
- Grill 12-15 minutes in the preheated and covered grill.
- Cut open foil packets and serve hot with a side of Bushs Texas Ranchero Grillin Beans.
