Easy Chicken and Noodles

  1. Place chicken breasts in slow-cooker; salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cover chicken with both cans of soup.
  3. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours,or until cooked through and tender.
  4. Meanwhile,boil noodles according to package directions.
  5. Shred chicken,return to slow-cooker.
  6. Add chicken broth and cooked noodles,mix well.
  7. Serve warm.
