Pork Chops with Apple Cider Sauce

  1. Heat 1 Tbsp.
  2. oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add chops; cook 3 to 4 min.
  4. on each side or until done (160 degrees F).
  5. Transfer chops to plate, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chops to keep warm.
  6. Add remaining oil, apples, onions and dressing; cook and stir 1 min.
  7. Cover; cook 4 min., stirring occasionally.
  8. Stir in cider, cream and thyme, bring to boil.
  9. Reduce heat to medium and cook 2 min.
  10. Return chops to skillet.
  11. Combine corn starch and water; add to sauce and cook 1 min.
  12. or until sauce is thickened.
  13. Serve chops topped with sauce.
