Very Healthy Cookies (Good Too) Recipe

  2. Cream peanut butter, sugars, butter and vanilla.
  3. Beat in egg till blended.

  5. Blend in oats, flours and baking soda till thoroughly combined.

  7. Stir in apple, carrots, raisins and nuts till blended.
  8. Roll into 1 inch balls; place on greased cookie sheet.
  9. Flatten with fork.

  11. Bake 400 degrees 8 to 12 min or possibly lightly brown.
