A1 Savoury Smokey Chesseburgers
- 2 lbs ground beef chuck (80/20 fat to meat propotions)
- 1 12 cups a 1 steak sauce (3/4 cup seperated)
- 12 lb bacon (cooked to a cricp and chopped)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (lower to 1/2 teaspoon if you dont like it spicey)
- 1 cup bread, crumbs
- 12 lb cheese (sliced)
- preheat grill to about 200 degrees.
- in a large bowl mix meat, 1 half of steak sauce, bacon, salt, pepper, paperika, and cayenne pepper.
- in a seperate bowl pour in remaining steak sauce.
- in another bowl add bread crumbs.
- seperate the meat mixture into four patties and then coat all the patties with remaining steak sauce then lightly coat with bread crumbs.
- place patties on grill until cooked through about 6 minutes on each side.
- place on grilled buns and serve with faverite topings and french fries or onion rings.
