Apple Crisp II(Low-Cal)

  1. Substitute peaches or pears when they are in season.
  2. Place apples in a microwave baking pan and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. In a small bowl, melt butter at High for 30 to 45 sec.
  4. Stir in rolled oats, brown sugar, nuts and cinnamon.
  5. Combine well.
  6. Sprinkle evenly over apples.
  7. Microwave at High for 8 to 10 min.
  8. Allow 5 to 7 min after cooking time.
  9. 8 Servings each 1/2 cup 1 fruit choice, 1 fat choice 10 g carbohydrate, 1 g protein, 5 g fat, 89 calories
