Crockpot broccoli beef
- 1 lb Thin beef (rib eye?)
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp White wine
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 clove Smashed and chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 bag thawed broccoli florets
- Add the liquid to the crockpot.
- Chop up the garlic, add to mixture.
- Stir in spices.
- Slice meat into thin strips.
- Toss in the liquid and spice mixture to coat thoroughly.
- Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- An hour before serving, add entire bag of broccoli, cover and cook on high for another hour or so.
- Sir gingerly to coat broccoli.
- Serve over steamed rice.
