Philadelphia Kentucky-Style Fish House Punch

• 10 ounces peach liqueur
• 5 ounces fresh lemon juice
• 15 ounces bourbon
• 10 ounces club soda

1. Combine the peach liquor, lemon juice and half the bourbon in a large pitcher.
2. Taste.
3. Does it need more bourbon?
4. Add the rest.
5. Top with club soda.
6. Start drinking.
