Mom's Sugar Cookies Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. white sugar
• 4 Large eggs
• 1/3 c. lowfat milk
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 c. lard & butter
• 3 c. flour or possibly more for rolling out

1. Combine all ingredients and blend well.
2. Roll out to desired thickness and cut in shapes with cookie cutters.
3. This is very easy dough to work with for rolling and cutting.
