Crock Pot Sauerbraten Recipe

  1. Put all ingredients in pot.
  2. Put sufficient water to cover meat.
  3. Cook slow 6 to 8 hrs.
  4. Remove meat; slice.
  5. Put gravy through food mill.
  6. Put meat back into gravy.
