Pork Tenderloins with Oregano

  1. In large self-sealing plastic bag, combine lemon juice with 1 tablespoon each oregano and parsley.
  2. Add tenderloins, turning to coat.
  3. Seal bag, pressing out excess air.
  4. Place bag on plate; refrigerate tenderloins 20 minutes to marinate, turning once.
  5. Remove tenderloins from bag; discard marinade.
  6. In cup, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and remaining oregano and parsley; rub mixture all over tenderloins.
  7. Place tenderloins on grill over medium heat and cook about 20 minutes or until they're browned on the outside and still slightly pink in the center, turning occasionally (internal temperature of meat should be 160 degrees F on meat thermometer).
  8. Thinly slice tenderloins to serve.
