Jennifer's Moroccan Tea
- 2 tablespoons loose Ceylon tea
- 2 large bunches mint
- 3/4 cup sugar
- In a large pan or teapot, combine 10 cups water, the tea, mint and sugar.
- Bring to a boil, then remove from the heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Strain into juice glasses or teacups.
