Wheat Chowder

  1. Cook carrots in water until tender.
  2. Fry the pork until crisp and drain the fat.
  3. Keep 3 T. fat.
  4. Add onions and brown lightly in the fat.
  5. Stir in flour and thicken.
  6. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended.
