Irish Cream De Menthe

• 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
• 12 cup creme de menthe
• 14 cup irish cream

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend on high for one minute until smooth.
3. Pour into 8 wine glasses, cover and freeze.
4. Garnish with whip cream, cool whip or chocolate shavings if desired.
