Low Calorie High Protein Salad

  1. Turn oven on to 160c.
  2. Mix chilli powder and paprika with a drop of water or oil and marinade the chicken before putting in the oven.
  3. When placed in the oven leave until cooked through, approx 20 minutes.
  4. Alternatively boil the chicken for 10 to 15 minutes.
  5. Prepare vegetables and leave in a bowl.
  6. Pour balsamic vinegar over salad leaves and vegetables and mix well.
  7. Heat a dry frying pan on a medium heat.
  8. Add the crushed walnuts to the pan shaking frequently to avoid burning.
  9. Remove from heat after approx 3 mins and add to your salad.
  10. Assemble food and enjoy
