Asian Long Bean Salad Recipe

  1. Whisk all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Beans:Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  3. Add in the long beans.
  4. Blanch till crisp tender, about 1 minute.
  5. Drain and refresh beans in a bowl of ice water.
  6. Drain and toss in a large bowl with the vinaigrette and sprinkle with the sesame seeds.
  7. Asian long beans are available at Chinese grocery stores.
  8. Yield is 4 servings.
