Harvest Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix together brown sugar and seasonings.
  2. Stir in remaining filling ingredients and beat until smooth.
  3. Pour into shell.
  4. Bake at 450F for 10 minutes.
  5. Lower temperature to 350F and bake for a further 40-45 minutes.
