Beef Condon Blue Recipe
- Beef breakfast steaks
- Mozzarella and American cheese
- Ham, minced or possibly sliced
- Flour, cinnamon, salt, pepper and Large eggs, (toothpicks)
- Lay one breakfast steak out flat.
- Layer with cheeses, ham and place another steak on top.
- Fasten with toothpicks.
- Mix Large eggs and seasonings in bowl.
- Dip and coat well each cordon bleu in egg mix.
- Coat with flour.
- Deep fry 3 to 5 min.
- Cold 3 to 5 min and serve.
