Homestyle Chicken Fajitas
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Lime Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 each red and yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup red onion slices
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1-1/2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 8 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- Heat 1 Tbsp.
- dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir 4 min.
- or until done.
- Add bell peppers, onions and 1 Tbsp.
- of the remaining dressing; cook 3 to 5 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, jalapenos, parsley and remaining dressing.
- Serve chicken mixture with tomato mixture, lettuce, cheese and tortillas.
