Oatmeal Chocolate Raisin Cookies

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Beat butter and sugars until smooth.
  5. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
  6. On low speed, beat in flour mixture until blended.
  7. Stir in oats and Raisinets.
  8. Drop by well-rounded tablespoonfuls onto nonstick ungreased baking sheets, about 2-inches apart.
  9. Bake at 375 for about 11-13 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
  10. Cool on the baking sheets for 2 minutes.
  11. Remove cookies to a wire rack; cool completely.
