Biscotti with Berries and White Chocolate

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix lightly with a whisk.
  3. Add the finely chopped white chocolate and the dried berries.
  4. Add the milk.
  5. Using a rubber spatula, fold in the mixture in cutting motion.
  6. Please adjust the amount of milk (refer to Helpful Hints).
  7. Place the dough on a sheet of parchment paper.
  8. Dust the dough with a small amount of cake flour, and roll it out thinly (to about 1 cm thickness).
  9. Bake for 15 minutes in a 180C preheated oven.
  10. Chop it up into 1 cm pieces.
  11. With the cut side facing up, bake for 20 minutes at 160C.
  12. These biscotti are also delicious dipped in chocolate.
