Baked Frittata a la Italiano
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 small red pepper, chopped
- 2 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Heat dressing in large nonstick ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms, peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
- or until peppers are crisp-tender.
- Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl until blended.
- Pour over vegetables.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
