Italian Supper Rice

  1. BROWN ground beef and peppers; drain.
  2. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in rice and 1/2 cup (125 mL) of the cheese.
  4. Cover and remove from heat.
  5. Let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
