Dill and Horseradish Mayonnaise

• 1 12 cups good quality prepared mayonnaise
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 tablespoon horseradish cream
• 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
• rock salt
• black pepper

1. Mix all together.
2. Season to taste.
3. Serve with salad.
