Lemon Curd Gelato

  1. Pour cream, milk and vanilla into a bowl and whisk until soft peaks formed.
  2. Pour mixture into a freezable container then put in freezer for an hour.
  3. After an hour take out of freezer and stir in lemon curd and limoncello.
  4. Mix well then put back in freezer for further 4 hours.
  5. Remove from freezer and serve.
