Lemon Curd Gelato
- 500 ml Double Cream
- 395 ml can of Condensed Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Limoncello (optional)
- 320 grams Lemon Curd
- Pour cream, milk and vanilla into a bowl and whisk until soft peaks formed.
- Pour mixture into a freezable container then put in freezer for an hour.
- After an hour take out of freezer and stir in lemon curd and limoncello.
- Mix well then put back in freezer for further 4 hours.
- Remove from freezer and serve.
