Really Nutritious Kabocha Squash Salad
- 1/4 Kabocha squash
- 4 slice Ham
- 1/4 Onion
- 10 grams Corn kernels
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- Cut the kabocha squash up into 2 cm wide pieces, and microwave for 3 minutes.
- Slice the onion and put into a bowl of water.
- Slice the ham into 1 cm wide pieces.
- Mash the kabocha squash up lightly, mix with all the other ingredients, and it's done.
