Really Nutritious Kabocha Squash Salad

  1. Cut the kabocha squash up into 2 cm wide pieces, and microwave for 3 minutes.
  2. Slice the onion and put into a bowl of water.
  3. Slice the ham into 1 cm wide pieces.
  4. Mash the kabocha squash up lightly, mix with all the other ingredients, and it's done.
