Buddhist Nuoc Leo Recipe
- 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
- 2 Tbsp. tuong
- 2 Tbsp. water Fresh warm red chili slices to taste (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. coarsely-minced roasted peanuts
- Mix the sugar with the tuong and water.
- Add in some slices of fresh red chili pepper, if you like, and sprinkle with roasted peanuts.
- This recipe yields about 6 Tbsp..
- Yield: 6 Tbsp.
