Stew Beef-Mouth Watering
- 3 lb Beef cut into bite size pieces
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp All purpose meat seasoning
- 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 large Onion
- 4 clove Galric
- 3 stick Fresh thyme
- 1 Carrot
- 1/2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1/2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 3 cup Water
- Rinse beef and place in a bowl
- Add all the dry ingredients except brown sugar
- Mince the garlic and cut the onions and into cubes
- Heat a skillet, add oil
- Place the sugar in the oil and allow it to carmalize.
- Do not let it smoke or tune black.
- Just as the sugar start to carmalize, add te seasoned beef to the pot
- Stir, cover and let the flavor builds up..
- After all the water from the beef dries out, pour one cup of water in the pot.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and place in a pressure cooker
- Add chopped garlic, onion, carrot, thyme and 2 cups of water
- Cover and let pressure for 30 minutes
