Stout Float

  1. Drizzle syrup into a tall glass.
  2. Add a scoop each of vanilla and chocolate ice creams.
  3. Top with stout and serve immediately, to adults only!
  4. Note: Recipe can be easily increased.
  5. 1 cup sugar
  6. 1 (12-ounce) bottle stout (recommended: Guinness)
  7. Bring sugar and stout to a boil in a saucepan.
  8. Reduce heat and simmer until thick, about 5 minutes.
  9. Let cool before using.
  10. Yield: about 1 1/4 cups
