2juicy4u Red Velvet Cookies

• 1 box Duncan Red Velvet cake mix
• 2 each eggs
• 1 1/2 tbsp vanila extact
• 6 oz White chocolate chips
• 16 oz Betty Crocker cream cheese icing
• 1/2 cup Butter (softened)

1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
2. Mix half of the cake mix in a bowl with the eggs, butter & vanilla.
3. Mix until smooth.
4. Add the other half of cake mix & white choc.
5. chips.
6. Mix well.
7. Using an un-greased cookie sheet & ice cream scooper place scoops of cookie mix onto the cookie sheet.
8. Place scoops at least 2 inches a part.
9. Place in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
10. Remove from the oven when done & allow to cool completely.
11. After cookies have cooled, heavily spread icing on top.
12. Enjoy!
