Simple Italian Cream Cake Recipe

• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 box instant vanilla pudding
• 1 1/3 c. water
• 4 Large eggs
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1 1/3 c. coconut
• 1 c. minced pecans

1. Combine cake mix, pudding, water, eggs and oil in large bowl and blend, beating on medium speed 4 min.
2. Stir in coconut and nuts.
3. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan.
4. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 min.
