Cucumber Mini-Sandwiches

  1. Mix together cream cheese, mayo, and Italian dressing mix.
  2. Refrigerate for at least two hours, or up to overnight.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture on the bread slices.
  4. Top each with a slice (or two) of cucumber, then sprinkle each lightly with dill weed.
  5. May be covered and refrigerated until ready to serve.
