Flavored Chikuwa with Cucumber

  1. Add the ingredients, bring to a boil, and add the chikuwa.
  2. Cover with a small lid right on top of the food, and simmer for about 5 minutes over low heat.
  3. Take out the chikuwa from the pot, and let them cool.
  4. Cut the cucumber into strips to fit inside the chikuwa.
  5. Then stuff them inside Refer to Helpful Hints.
  6. Cut however you like, and they're done.
