Ho Ho Cake

  1. Mix cake mix according to package directions.
  2. Put in an 11 x 7 inch ungreased baking pan.
  3. (I have used a 9 x 13 pan also.)
  4. Bake at 350 degrees (175 C.) for 15-20 minutes, watching closely.
  5. Make filling from next 5 ingredients; beat for 10 minutes.
  6. Spread on cooled cake.
  7. Microwave fudge frosting on high for 1 minute.
  8. Spread on filling.
